Welcome to 3rd Places (the "App"), developed by Marcus Ramos ("we," "us," or "our"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You retain ownership of any text, images, or other content ("User Content") you submit or post on the App.

4.2. License to Us

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App's operation.

4.3. Prohibited Content

• Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group.
• Includes harassment, bullying, or threats.
• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

4.4. Monitoring and Enforcement

• We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
• We may remove objectionable content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4.5. Reporting Mechanism

• Reporting Content: Users can report objectionable content by pressing and holding on a post and selecting the "Report" option.
• Blocking Users: Users can block other users by navigating to their profile and selecting the "Block" option.
• Response Time: We commit to reviewing and acting upon reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
